Sponsor a flag to celebrate the 250th birthday of the U.S.A.

Dedicate a flag in honor or memory of a family member or service member
- A certificate noting your dedication will be staked next to a flag at the Miles of Flags display in Madison Avenue Central Park July 3-6.
- Your tribute, based on the information you submit, will be listed on an online dedication page on this website.
- Your donation will support local programs and community efforts of the Rotary Club of Derby.

To sponsor or dedicate a flag, either print the registration form and mail it or drop it off with your payment (cash or check made payable to Rotary Club of Derby) to Derby Public Library 1600 E Walnut Grove, Derby, KS 67037.

The deadline to sponsor or dedicate flags is Tuesday, June 30, 2026.
